Pittsburgh Mennonite has a number of rooms available that can be rented for community group events, meetings, wedding and baby showers, and parties. Our building, property, and parking lot are smoke- and alcohol-free. Set up and clean up are always the responsibility of the person or group using the space. All rental prices listed on our agreement below are for 4 hours; additional fees apply for longer events. Audio/video equipment use and set-up are also available at an additional charge.

PMC’s sanctuary seats 300, and the rental agreement includes the presence of an audio/video technician for the duration of the event. A side entrance with a chairlift provides accessibility.
The Fellowship Hall seats 250 people, and rental includes the use of the stage and tables and chairs (13 round tables, 12 rectangular tables, and 96 matching white chairs; another 100 metal folding chairs are also available). Audio/video with a technician’s assistance is available. The use of a large attached kitchen with the Fellowship Hall is an additional $35.
The kitchen can also be rented alone for $100. A ramp through the back alley entrance provides accessibility to the Fellowship Hall and kitchen.
The Community Room is suitable for groups of 30-50 people. Rental includes the use of an attached kitchenette, and the space is accessible via the chairlift.

Reservation and Security Fee: Half the cost of the rental is due in order to reserve any space. For private parties and events, there is a $200 security deposit due the day before your event along with the balance of the rental payment. The security deposit will be returned if there is no damage and the facility is left neat and orderly.
