An additional security fee of $10.00 per hour is charged for the person who opens and closes; they must wait in the building.
Half the cost of the rental is due in order to reserve any space. For private parties and events, there is a $200 security deposit due the day before your event along with the balance of the rental payment. The security deposit will be returned if there is no damage and the facility is left neat and orderly. All set up and clean up is the responsibility of the renter.
